Water Softening Plant

Water softening is the reduction of the concentration of calcium, magnesium, and other ions in hard water. Conventional water-softening appliances intended for household use depend on an ion-exchange resin in which hardness ions are exchanged for sodium ions. In industrial scale water softening plants, the effluent flow from re-generation process can precipitate scale that can interfere with sewerage systems.

We are engaged in offering Water Softening Plants, which provide soft water by ion exchange phenomenon of strongly acidic cat-ion exchanger resin. In order to produce soft water, resins in sodium help in the exchange of sodium ions for hardness, which forms calcium and magnesium ions. For getting different outputs between regeneration, we offer down flow water softener for industrial use and up flow water softener for domestic uses that are available in various models and grades.

Our Plant comprises the following components:
  • One ms rubber lining or FRP pressure vessel
  • One set of frontal piping complete with internal collection and distribution system
  • Diaphragm / multi-port valve

Activated Carbon Filter

Activated Carbon is used in water purification. As a part in pretreatment of reverse osmosis system, activated carbon filer utilizes the adsorption of active carbon to purify water. Carbon powder has a high absorption. When the raw water passes downwardly through the level of activated carbon the chlorine, color, odor and organics are absorbed by the activated carbon media and produces color, odor and organics free pure clear filtered water. Activated carbon filter can protect RO membrane from being damaged by free chlorine and remove the off-tastes and odors, thus improving the water quality and taste. This filter is widely used in water treatment of food, chemical, electric power industry.

Iron Removal Filter

The presence of iron is probably the most common water problem faced by consumers and water treatment professionals. Small amounts of iron are often found in water because of the large amount of iron present in the soil and because corrosive water will pick up iron from pipes. Clothing washed in water containing excessive iron may become stained a brownish color. The taste of beverages, such as tea and coffee, may also be affected by iron.

We are offering Iron Removal Filter that is designed utilizing mild steel welded pressure vessel fitted with M. S. control pipe & C. I. diaphragm valve, strainers, sampling cock, pressure gauge, air compressor and first charge filter media. These filters are highly efficient and reliable products.

Mix Bed Unit

A Mixed Bed unit is provided to treat contaminate condensate. In M.B. Unit the cation and anion resin beads are mixed together. In effect, it is equivalent to a number of two-step demineralizers in series. In a mixed-bed demineralizer, more impurities are replaced by hydrogen and hydroxyl ions, and the water that is produced is extremely pure. The conductivity of this water can often be less than 0.06 micromhos per centimeter. M.B. Unit is a MSRL vertical pressure vessel fitted internally with top distributor, bottom and middle collecting system. Externally it is fitted with frontal pipe work and control valves.

Sewage Treatment Plant

Sewage Treatment Plant, or domestic wastewater treatment, is the process of removing contaminants from wastewater and household sewage, both runoff (effluents) and domestic. The task of designing and constructing facilities for treating wastewaters falls to environmental engineers. Its objective is to produce a waste stream (or treated effluent) and a solid waste or sludge suitable for discharge or reuse back into the environment. Anthracite

Anthracite is a hard, compact variety of mineral coal that has a high luster. It has the highest carbon count and contains the fewest impurities of all coals, and has the highest calorific content as compared to other types of coals such as bituminous coal and lignite. Because of its unique density, can be used in multi-media filters. At 56 lbs./ft. 3 it will hydraulically classify and remain above heavier medial such as Filter Sand or Manganese Green sand providing a per-filtration layer.

Anthracite produces consistent improvements in turbidity removal because, in part, to more efficient solids loading. Low uniformity coefficient media also produces smaller changes in effluent turbidity during periods of peak in fluent turbidity.
